Following the success of his Mardi Gras Halloween Procession, Beaver has decided that every night is Mardi gras night here in the village. He is determined to further promote tourism, based on the huge numbers attracted by the Town Hall Casino and tax-free shopping. There is now a tourist website, clearly aimed at the lowest class of holiday maker. What further depths can he possibly drag the reputation of the village down to?
